The Political Judgment Commission of the Chamber of Deputies announced the order of speakers at the second meeting for the process initiated against the four members of the Supreme Court of Justice, which will take place today. The authors of the 14 projects will have the opportunity to present their arguments prior to the admissibility analysis that will take place next week. Among the speakers will be legislators from the Frente de Todos (FDT) who will support the project promoted at the request of President Alberto Fernández and governors, and there will also be individuals, among them, the member of the Madres de Plaza de Mayo, Nora Cortiñas, and Patricia Isasa, a former detainee. during the dictatorship, who denounced the president of the Court, Horacio Rosatti, for allegedly covering up his kidnapper.

The second working day of the commission chaired by Carolina Gaillard will begin at 11 am. First, the FdT deputy and member of the Judicial Council, Vanesa Siley, will speak, who will present the details of the complaint filed in 2020 against the then president of the Court, Carlos Rosenkrantz.

Next, the deputies of the Civic Coalition, Paula Oliveto and Juan López, will present the complaints against Ricardo Lorenzetti that his party has promoted since 2017. Then they will speak, for the Argentine Association of Jurists, Claudio Rocca and Nora Cortiñas. Then it will be the turn again of the representatives of the ruling party. Eduardo Valdés will present details of the project promoted by the President, followed by the file that bears the signature of María Rosa Martínez and Pablo Carro.

At the end, Federico Mendez will speak for the Civil Association for the Enforceability of Social Rights; and the private complainants: Ricardo La Greca, Patricia Isasa, Pablo Llonto and Diego Sanchez. Both Isasa and Llonto request the removal of the president of the Court. The first accuses him of covering up his torturer, Eduardo Alberto Ramos Campagnolo, while Rosatti was mayor of Santa Fe. Meanwhile, Llonto denounces inaction on the part of the magistrate to convene the inter-power commission for crimes against humanity.
