Forensic expert Mikhail Kleimenov indicated that a high level of alcohol was found in Alyosha’s blood – 2.7 ppm, which is almost 300 grams of vodka. The examination not only exposed the boy as “guilty” of the accident, but could also send his parents to prison for allegedly drinking the child.
But there were witnesses of how Alyosha peacefully crossed the road with his grandfather, when Olga flew on them, sitting at the wheel of a foreign car. Moreover, the woman ran the child with the front and rear wheels, and then dragged him another 10 meters along the road! The six-year-old child died on the spot…
The grief-stricken spouses of Shimko were shocked by the monstrous conclusions of Kleimenov. But most importantly, they were alarmed by the fact that in this case, no one would be punished for the murder of their son. A re-check, in which 18 specialists participated, proved that the conclusions of the forensic expert were false. After a series of legal proceedings, attempts by the Shimko family to achieve justice, Alisova was nevertheless sent to jail. But of the three years in the colony, she served only two. Kleymenov got off with a charge of negligence and works as before.
