A group of mobilized recorded a video message in which they stated that their regiment 1439 from the Novosibirsk region was disbanded, and they themselves were not assigned to any military unit. Because of this, since the end of 2022, according to the appeal published by Caution, the News, the mobilized do not receive allowances, they are forced to buy food and groceries themselves.
The mobilized live in an abandoned building where the video was filmed. “We live in complete unsanitary conditions, we are treated on our own,” the appeal says.
The mobilized also claim that they were promised service in the defense, and as a result, without any training and equipment, they were sent to the front. According to them, in just two days they lost two colleagues, another 19 soldiers were among the wounded. The mobilized ask to be sent back to Russia, “before even worse consequences happen.”
Previously, there have been reports that the mobilized are sent to the battle zone without proper training, without protection and in fact without weapons. This, in particular, was told in appeals by the mobilized themselves and their relatives.
