On October 31, the ‘streamer’ Ibai Llanos informed his audience that he was starting “the biggest challenge of his life”. The popular caster reported in the one that began a physical change, which consisted of a diet plan and exercises with the aim of losing weight. Now, when it’s been a month since he started going to the gym, the young Basque has shared a new video in which he show your progressin addition to teaching his training plan.
Since your personal gymlocated at his home in Barcelona, the ‘streamer’ presented this video, under the title ‘This is how I have improved after 1 month of training’: “I have been training in the gym for a month and I want to show you the change we have had this month”he expressed.
In this process of change he is accompanied by his personal trainer Valentin. “The indicators of improvement are very good, he has gained strength, mobility, resistance and I see him much healthier. And he arrives at the gym with a smile,” the professional began by saying.
After this introduction, Ibai Llanos showed his training plan from a gym that has everything you need: treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, low rowing machine, chest pull, pulleys, leg flexion and extension machine, and dumbbells weighing several kilos.
“In this month I have not failed a single day. I am very motivated and psyched up. Also, one piece of advice that I can give you is that you take the time in the gym as your moment of peace and disconnection”pointed out in the video Ibai Llanos.
“There is something in me that has clicked and I have to do what I have to do, in fact I have had a very difficult day in terms of stress, I always go to the gym, some days even at night. If at some point I fail and don’t come, I don’t want to beat myself up and kill myself either. I notice that it helps me to be better in my day to day”, says the ‘streamer’.
