Elected for a 4-year term on Friday, December 30, 2022, Me Jean Claude Sidibé, who signs his return to the head of the Malian Basketball Federation, has just made some major decisions.
A few days after his return to the head of the FMBB, the former Minister of Sports renewed the deputy secretary general of the body. Assuming the interim during the transitional period, Djiya Cissé benefited from the confidence of the new strong man of Malian basketball. Following Djiya Cissé, the basketball coach, Aladji Dicko and the former president of the Bamako Basketball League, Sérigne Thiam (residing in Philadelphia) were respectively appointed Technical Director and Advisor to the President.
