Sweden’s master chef is back with a resounding, creative and sweaty season where amateur chefs from all over the country get the chance to compete in what they love most of all – cooking.
This year the jury consists of Mischa Billing, Tom Sjöstedt and Tommy Myllymäki.
All three are widely acclaimed in their fields of food and wine, so it is perhaps not so strange that many of the contestants get a little shaky on the hand when the jury passes by the competition kitchen and looks down into the participants’ pans.
But now several viewers have reacted to just that.
The viewers about the jury in Sweden’s master chef
In the second episode, the participants would make a Swedish classic – namely tacos. The competition included several stages, including baking bread and making a good sauce.
With so many balls in the air, several of them found it difficult to focus on talking, which the jury saw as an opportunity to check their nerves.
Mischa approached Hugo, who quickly became one of the viewers’ favourites. In a post on the program’s Instagram, the clip was published where Hugo expresses his frustration.
The whole thing made many of the viewers question why the jury always comes forward and stresses the participants.
Hugo himself jokingly wrote “Find a worse timing”. But Mischa then chose to step in and answer:
“Was the best I think”.
