The Government of the Russian Federation instructed to create more than 20 correctional colonies in the annexed regions of Ukraine

The Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) was instructed to create 24 correctional colonies in the regions of Ukraine annexed after the start of a full-scale war. This is stated in disposal the Russian government, which noticed “Parliamentary newspaper”.

It is planned to create 12 correctional colonies in the self-proclaimed DPR, seven in the LPR, three in the annexed part of the Kherson region, and two (and one colony-settlement) in the annexed part of the Zaporozhye region.

In addition, according to the plan of the government of the Russian Federation, three medical correctional institutions and three correctional centers will also be created there.
