The Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) was instructed to create 24 correctional colonies in the regions of Ukraine annexed after the start of a full-scale war. This is stated in disposal the Russian government, which noticed “Parliamentary newspaper”.
It is planned to create 12 correctional colonies in the self-proclaimed DPR, seven in the LPR, three in the annexed part of the Kherson region, and two (and one colony-settlement) in the annexed part of the Zaporozhye region.
