Saltillo, Coahuila.- The wind was blowing with gusts of between 50 and up to 70 kilometers per hour this morning. The electrical cables danced. The entrances to houses and cars were covered in a light layer of dust. The garbage in the streets was flying. This morning the wind continued to whip Saltillo.

The affectations were from high voltage cables lying on the pavement to trees demolished that blocked the vehicular passage.
The Municipal Government of Saltillo reported that with a cutoff at 12:00 p.m., 21 reports were attended to, of which 12 are due to falls total or partial trees, 4 due to falling posts, 2 due to detachment of sheets and 3 due to billboards.
He reported that various sectors of the city had power cuts, for which reason there was constant contact with the Federal Electricity Commission, CFE, in order to attend quickly.
