The winner of the auction was the company from Arkhangelsk “Specialized Developer” Sevtekhnadzor “, which is part of the Akvilon group of companies, writes kp.ru.

Moscow has drawn up an agreement with the investor on the integrated development of territories, according to which public and industrial facilities will appear on an area of ​​17 hectares.

“The investor’s investments in the project are estimated at 17 billion rubles, and the annual budgetary effect for the city is more than 1.5 billion rubles. As a result, more than 4.4 thousand new jobs will appear in the capital,” the Vice Mayor said.

Previously NSN reported that about 13 billion rubles would be invested in the development of the site of the former Kalibr industrial zone in the north-east of Moscow.
