The series of drug traffickers have been delighting the general public for years (it comes to all of us Narcos and more recently is The inmortal of Movistar Plus+) reaching the level that they are already a genre in itself called ‘narcoseries’.
Well, Netflix, the home entertainment giant, has announced the start of filming for ‘Mano de santo’, its new Spanish project. Created and directed by Lluís Quílez and produced by The Mediapro Studio, this thriller will consist of six episodes and it will be recorded in Barcelona, Lérida or Gerona.
The main cast is made up of Chinese Darin (The kingdom, Stories not to tell), Jaime Lorente (The Money Heist, Elite), Natalia Molina (who you will sing, One year, one night), sergi lopez (The vampire of Barcelona, Mediterranean), Enric Auquer (Perfect Life, Red Sky) and Eduard Fernandez (Criminal: Spain, 30 coins).

Synopsis
The seaport of Barcelona receives almost 6,000 containers a day. Goods from all over the world that, in a single year, can hide more than 30,000 kg of cocaine, making Barcelona one of the most important gateways to Europe in the lucrative business of drug trafficking. A good connoisseur of this is Joaquín Manchado, owner of the main terminal in the port of Barcelona.
