President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an evening address said that the shelling of Kherson and other points of the Kherson region, which the Russian military left behind, is “revenge of the losers.”
“They don’t know how to fight. The only thing they can do so far is to terrorize. Either energy terror, or artillery, or missile terror – that’s how Russia has degraded under its current leaders,” Zelensky said.
In his evening address, the President of Ukraine paid special attention to the efforts that emergency services and other structures are making in order to restore electricity supply as soon as possible after Russian missile strikes. In addition, Zelensky spoke about negotiations with allies supporting Ukraine.
In early November, the Russian command announced a retreat from the territories they occupied on the right bank of the Dnieper, including from Kherson. November 11 Kherson was released. After that, shelling of the city by Russian troops is reported daily.
