At least four people were killed and 10 wounded on Thursday in a bombing of a residential area in Ukraine’s Kherson region.
Local authorities accuse the Russians of being the perpetrators of the attack.
Remember that the region of southern Ukraine was in the hands of Russian troops and was recovered by Kiev about two weeks ago.
On Wednesday alone, Russia fired more than 70 cruise missiles at Ukraine, deepening the energy crisis after weeks of bombing that particularly hit energy infrastructure.
According to the Ministry of Energy, these attacks left “the vast majority of consumers” in the country without electricity.
In the capital Kiev, millions of Ukrainians spent the day without electricity and heat after the attacks. NASA has released satellite images that show most of Ukraine without light.
