He thinksthat the products that are used to prepare meals for the New Year holidays may gradually rise in price from the first days of the next month.

In his opinion, first of all, this will affect long-term storage products.

Formerly newspaper “News” reported that Rusprodsoyuz specialists, based on Rosstat data for October of this and last years, calculated the cost of Russian salads and herring under a fur coat, based on the average consumer cost of products in Russia.

According to these data, four portions of Olivier fell slightly in price – by 0.4% (or 1.6 rubles), to 375 rubles.
