We already saw a first preview in September but it is now, with this second one, when they have announced that the criminal drama of the director of works like ‘Drive’ will arrive on January 5, 2023 with its six episodes.

Neo noir drenched in neon

Starring Angela Bundalovic, ‘Copenhagen Cowboy’ follows the story of Miu, who after a lifetime of service finds herself entering a new beginning in the criminal underworld of Copenhagen. On her path of justice and revenge, she will meet Rakel (Lola Corfixen), his nemesis, with whom he embarks on an odyssey through the natural and the supernatural.

Together with Bundalovic and Corfixen, the series counts in the cast with Zlatko Buric like Miroslav, Andreas Lykke Jørgensen like Nicklas, Jason Hendil-Forssell like Chiang, lili zhang as Mother Hulda and Dragana Milutinovic like Rosella.

‘Copenhagen Cowboy’ is not Nicolas Winding Refn’s first series for streaming, three years ago we could see ‘Too old to die young’ on Amazon.
