The insolvent Zillertal manufacturer of cable pulls GA Actuation Systems GmbH is apparently about to be closed. Operations are currently being continued, wrote the Credit Protection Association (KSV) in a broadcast. Due to the business development in recent years, however, it is clear that “long-term continuation” during the insolvency proceedings is “out of the question”. 73 employees and 250 creditors are affected. Liabilities amount to EUR 10.5 million. Klaus Schaller, KSV Regional Manager West, expected the location to be closed “just before Christmas” on Tuesday. “An investor who wants to continue the debtor’s business in this form is not yet in sight,” said Schaller, adding: “Due to the economic developments of recent years”, this is “not surprising”.
