Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the Russian side has not fulfilled its anti-terrorist obligations on Syria and Iraq from 2019.

Earlier, the Turkish president said that the Turkish armed forces conducted an air operation in Syria and northern Iraq due to the fact that Russia allegedly refused to fulfill its promises regarding the Kurdish formations, which Ankara considers terrorist.

On November 20, information appeared that the Turkish Air Force, during an air operation against the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, which Ankara recognized as terrorist, struck in four regions of Syria and one region of Iraq.
