“A hypertensive crisis can be suspected if you notice symptoms such as headache, nausea, dizziness, pallor or flushing of the face against the background of increased pressure,” she said in an interview with life.ru.
According to her, in such a situation, it is important to calm down, lie down or sit down, take the necessary medications.
“If these measures are ineffective, you need to call an ambulance within one hour,” Zolotareva noted.
She clarified that emergency medical care is needed for a feeling of lethargy, impairment or loss of consciousness, heart palpitations, pain in the heart, visual impairment.
