United States.- Thomas Janewho dated for a short time with Anne Héche as of 2019, recently raised a demand against his estate for a loan non-payment, according to People. The 53-year-old actor says the late actress borrowed $157,000 from him before she passed away.
The lawsuit states that Heche would agree to repay her the loan in monthly installments of $10,000 beginning in August 2021. Jane says Heche paid her for the first two months, but she still owes $149,106 in interest.
According to the lawsuit, Anne owes Jane $137,000 in principal, $9,814.79 in interest, as of November 8, and $2,291.85 in late fees. The actor is also suing for $18.77 a day in escalating interest, according to the publication.
Anne and Heche began a romance in 2019, but they separated before she passed away, although it is not clear when. According to various sources, the end of their affair was what began Heche’s downfall.
She was head over heels in love with him,” a friend told DM. “After so many failed relationships, she thought she had finally found her person: the man who would be in her life forever. And when they couldn’t make it work, she began to fall apart,” he added.
Heche and Jane worked together on the series Hung, which ran from 2009 to 2011. This is the second lawsuit against Heche’s estate in recent weeks, the first being from a woman who rented the house in which the actress crashed and he lost his life.
