The lawsuit states that Heche would agree to repay her the loan in monthly installments of $10,000 beginning in August 2021. Jane says Heche paid her for the first two months, but she still owes $149,106 in interest.
According to the lawsuit, Anne owes Jane $137,000 in principal, $9,814.79 in interest, as of November 8, and $2,291.85 in late fees. The actor is also suing for $18.77 a day in escalating interest, according to the publication.
Anne and Heche began a romance in 2019, but they separated before she passed away, although it is not clear when. According to various sources, the end of their affair was what began Heche’s downfall.
