The 19th edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival celebrated the seventh art, with great fanfare, from November 11 to 19, 2022 on the Moroccan side. On the red carpet set up at the entrance to the Palais des Congrès, the greatest paraded. Leïla Bekhti walked the rug in leopard print, Diane Kruger wore several types of necklines, Virginie Efira attended certain screenings alongside her companion Niels Schneider, Isabelle Huppert bewitched the crowds in a magician’s outfit and Marion Cotillard is went on stage to present director James Gray with a great reward.
One could almost have believed that, on his side, Geraldine Nakache had forgotten the existence of all the colors of the rainbow. Since the start of the event, the 42-year-old actress, recently seen in the film Holidays by Béatrice de Staël, swears only by black, which she declines in a total look. Leather or endless dresses, the actress was for example photographed during the closing ceremony of the festival in dark stoles. On her Instagram account, however, Leïla Bekhti’s best friend unveiled another outfit, chosen to stroll between two gala evenings: a crochet crop-top and a sublime long skirt mimicking the sky and its clouds. “Thank you to the whole team and to Melita Toscan du Plantier“, she writes, thus targeting the Advisor to the President of the Foundation of the International Film Festival of Marrakech.
