Broadcasts from city surveillance cameras in Sevastopol, which were previously available to civilians, will now be closed. This was stated by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

In addition, the security services will monitor the publication of videos that give the Ukrainian army information about the city’s defense system, the official added.

“As for posting video evidence. <...> Special services will deal with individual video clips that enable the enemy to detect the city’s defense systems. <...> It was decided that all video streams available to civilians from city surveillance cameras will be closed,” Razvozhaev said.

According to the authorities of Sevastopol, on the morning of October 29, the ships of the Black Sea Fleet stationed in the city were attacked by drones. Mikhail Razvozhaev called this attack the largest since the beginning of the war.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, 16 drones participated in the attack, seven of them were shot down. “Insignificant damage” was received by the sea minesweeper “Ivan Golubets” and a bonnet barrier in Yuzhnaya Bay, the agency said.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the preparation of the attack took place under the guidance of specialists from the British Navy, located in the city of Ochakov, Mykolaiv region. They are also allegedly involved in the explosions on the gas pipelines of the Nord Stream system that occurred at the end of September.
