The Law of Incompatibilities for Public Servants of the State indicates that there could be time incompatibility when an activity is carried out and, at the same time, another paid public position is carried out that coincides in time; a irregularity which is sanctioned by requiring the reimbursement of the resource received.

Meanwhile, the Organic Law of the UdeG establishes among the rights and duties of the personnel to obtain licenses to be separated from their position for up to one year that can be extended, when they are appointed or elected to holding a position in organizations or institutions of education, science or culture, national or foreign.
