The employees demonstrated outside the facilities and prevented the machinery from being removed because the company has not paid the settlement of 1,100 workers.

The company located in Leon Hills Parknotified of the dismissal through an instant message directly to the cell phone, this company is dedicated to the manufacture of sunroofs for brands such as BMW. Employees told the media that the text message that the company sent them said the following:

“With sorrow they inform you by this means that the Gissing Guanajuato company has ended its operations,” reads in the message, in it they also send the statement that there is not enough cash to settle them in a single payment. For this reason the Union of Workers of the Metal-Mechanical Industry (STIMM), They asked for a guarantee so that the payment to the employees is assured.

The workers blocked the exit of the company that works from Sunday to Sunday, to prevent them from stealing machinery. Alejandro Rangel SegoviaUndersecretary General of the Workers’ Union of the Metal-Mechanical Industry, openly expressed:
