Lynda Lemay suffers from a very disabling health problem. It is in the columns of your magazine Closer to be found on newsstands on Friday October 28, 2022 that the singer confided exclusively.

At 56, Lynda Lemay is about to go back on stage. From November 3, 2022, the singer will indeed go on tour in France and Canada to meet her fans. A stimulating event for the interpreter of “A mother” who still fears not having the necessary strength. “I no longer have the same physical strength. I suffer from tubal incompetence, a disease of the Eustachian tube which connects the nose to the ears.” she explains exclusively in the columns of your magazine Closer to be found on newsstands on Friday October 28, 2022.

According to Lynda Lemay, this illness – which forced Celine Dion to cancel her concerts – causes very debilitating symptoms. “Disorders and dizziness are handicaps. As long as I can do the shox, I give it my all! Then I will find another means of expression” adds the singer. Moreover, Lynda Lemay wants to be rather reassuring towards her audience. “The desire is intact. My inner flame burns brightly. I dare more every day and my way of presenting myself to the public has not aged. I deploy my energy in shows of at least three hours.” she specifies.

Lynda Lemay is preparing new projects

Besides the stage, Lynda Lemay is preparing new musical projects. She gives herself 1,111 days to release 11 albums of 11 songs. “A burnout and then the pandemic forced me to make a beak. But I kept the thirst for writing and sharing. I perfected myself on the piano. I needed this daring project to make a comeback. brilliant.” justifies the singer. And to explain the symbolism of these numbers, she says: “My dad passed away in 2017 at age 88… After giving up, came the freedom and the urgency to create. I had a flash in a café near Montreal. My phone rang at 11:11 a.m. The alarm said “Make a wish. I made this crazy wish… coming true today!”

Lynda Lemay’s source of inspiration is quite simply her daily life. “I’m optimistic and lucid. I’m not looking for the intense, the excess. I confront reality as it is. I have the ability to transform everything into poetry, the beautiful as well as the ugly.” reveals the mother of the family. As a reminder, Lynda Lemay is indeed the mother of two daughters: Jessie, 25, and Ruby, 16, who are her greatest pride. “My two daughters are my greatest success (…) Two years of confinement have brought us even closer.” concludes the star.
