Through her Instagram account, the young woman explained that Octavio did not commit any traffic violation and that for this reason, the arrest he had by the authorities should not have occurred.
Regarding the alleged persecution that took place, Bertha pointed out that it was also false information, since his behavior did not justify the traffic police of the State of Mexico detaining or assaulting him.
The young woman mentioned that the crime scene was altered and not guarded as it should have done according to the law, to avoid losing evidence of the crime, so that with this it is shown that Ocaña never activated any firearm, but that he received three shots fired by other people; the traffic police.
In addition, the actor’s companions would also have been beaten despite not resisting his arrest, and the shot that finally killed the actor did not occur inside the truck, but was fired with a different caliber weapon.
The data was provided as a result of the private investigation initiated by the family, after the Ocaña did not accept the official version of the Prosecutor’s Office in which Octavio allegedly caused his death.
What remains is to wait for the private investigation to take its course and sentence against Leopold “N”a municipal police officer who is in pretrial detention, and was one of the alleged culprits in this homicide.
The other person in charge, Gerardo “N”, is still at large.
