The artistic director of the Moscow Theater Oleg Tabakov made a fiery speech from the stage. Vladimir Lvovich admitted that he cannot indifferently observe what is happening in the Donbass and other territories where people face difficult trials every day.

“Yesterday on television they showed monstrous footage of the shelling of Donetsk. And among the torn bodies, a man shouted: “Mother Russia, help!” It is unbearable to see, but people live in that hell. During the years of bullying by the Kyiv regime, people in these territories have become fatalists. They don’t make long plans, they don’t know if there will be tomorrow, but they are the same as you and me, they think and speak Russian. They have made their choice, they want to educate people in their native cities together with Russia. I am proud that our country and our people do not abandon their people under any circumstances. The great Vasily Makarovich Shukshin once said: “Happiness is when you are right and brave.” And the people in these areas are exactly like that. We are with them forever. Victory is ours!” – concluded the artist.
