Jennifer Garner shares heartwarming message about her father and his upbringing

To mark her father’s birthday last Thursday, September 22, the actress Jennifer Garner shared an affectionate message on his social networks, accompanied by a rare photograph, which left his followers thrilled.

“Happy Birthday. Billy Jack Garnerson of George Floyd and Exie Mae. Eagle Scout. Ross Volunteer Corps Cadet. Class of 1960. Chemical Engineer at Union Carbide for nearly 40 years. Beloved member of Christ Church United Methodist for 47 years. Father adored by me and my sisters. Affectionate to our mother for 57 years and counting.”began by writing the actress in the publication.

“In my father, my grandfather had a best friend, his brilliant and adorable companion (…), until my grandfather lost his life in an accident” . The actress recalls her father’s childhood, which was not always easy and, “at 11 he became the man of the house” and started working from a very young age to help his mother.

“My sisters and I care a lot about our mother – she is salt of the earth, wise, lovely and welcoming. But don’t think for a second that we’re not proudly daddy’s girls.”wrote the actress in the publication, referring to her and her two sisters, Susannah and Melissa. Jennifer added: “The best grandpa out there, the ultimate problem solver and world class hugs. We’re so proud to be yours, Dad. We celebrate you every day and we love you. Happy Birthday”concluded Jennifer.
