The head of the military-civilian administration of Energodar in the Zaporozhye region, Alexander Volga, said that if the region joins Russia, preference will be given to employees already working there when forming the staff of the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
Volga believes that the partial shortage of employees at ZNPP will be filled by specialists from Russian nuclear power plants.
“Everything is going according to plan,” Then24 quoted him as saying.
According to Volga, Rosatom controls this issue.
It is also reported that ZNPP employees were asked to send an exit election commission to the Zaporizhzhya NPP so that they could vote in the referendum on joining Russia.
On September 20, the administration of Energodar stated that the special building, the cooling system and the canteen of the Zaporizhzhya NPP were damaged during another shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
