Moments later, the detainee left his seat and occupied another near the first class section, for which the flight attendant demanded that he return to his seat, a fact that caused the argument that ended with the aggression.

In the images of the events that circulate on social networks, Tung Cuu Le is seen running after the flight attendant. Once he catches up with him, he lands a blow to the back of the head, before returning to the rear of the aircraft.

After the incident, the US Police arrested the assailant as soon as the plane landed at the Los Angeles airport. If convicted of felony interference with flight crew members and attendants, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison.
