Photographer Alper Yesiltas uses artificial intelligence and special photo editing software to “resurrect” celebrities who died young. His works include images of Princess Diana, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Janis Joplin, and Freddie Mercury. Realistic photographs are part of the “As If Nothing Happened” project.

I wanted to see the people I missed again and this is how this project was created“- explains the photographer Alper Yesiltas, who uses artificial intelligence to create photos of people who died at an early age.
“The most difficult part of the creative process is making a picture” real. ” The moment I like the most is when I see that the image I am looking at looks very realistic, as if it was taken by a photographer“- adds the artist.

“Behind this project is the question» what would these people look like today in the event of tragic events? “, Explained Yesiltas.
