The National Police apprehended a minor allegedly linked to the crime of a student and the attempted murder of two others, which occurred in the afternoon of this Thursday, at the Rufo A. Gary Institute, in the province of Colón.

The Superior Prosecutor for Adolescents of Colón and Guna Yala began the investigations for the crime against life and personal integrity, for an event that occurred this afternoon in an educational establishment, in the city of Colón.
Hours after the tragic event, the Ministry of Education (Meduca)issued a statement through which it made a call to put an end to all types of violence and promote peaceful coexistence in educational centers and communities in the country.
