The networks have burned again against Irene Montero. Again. The Minister of Equality has made some controversial statements about the sexual relations of minors. According to Montero, the children they can “love or have sex with whoever they want”. Many have interpreted this as a form of apology for “pederasty”, so much so that this term is this Thursday trending topic on Twitter with more than 36,000 tweets and counting. Again, as they say, raise the bread.
“All the boys, the girls, the children of this country have the right to know their own body, to know that no adult can touch their body if they don’t want to. That is a form of violence. They have the right to know that they can love or have sexual relations with whoever they want. Based, yes, on consent. And these are rights that they have recognized”, said the minister in Congress.
His words immediately set fire to social networks with messages condemning Montero’s words. also the hashtag #IreneMonteroDimission is currently trending on Twitter, second only to conversations about the reality show The island of temptations.
No, Ms. Montero, children cannot consent to have sexual relations with an adult, that is not a right, it is pederasty and it is punishable, and of course we don’t like it. pic.twitter.com/kN82ETYUjV

In other words, according to Irène Montero, if a 5-year-old girl tells an adult if it is no longer pederasty?

After hearing the disgusting defense of pederasty by the Podemite Minister Irene Montero, the defense of Mónica Oltra, accused of covering up her ex’s abuse of a minor, is better understood.

PROSECUTOR!!!! Are you over there? Pederasty is a crime, I remind you, although at this moment you prefer to forget it https://t.co/2L4Bl2qUfJ

These statements are very serious, especially coming from a government minister. We should protect the integrity and vulnerability of children, not encourage pederasty, which is a crime. This lady should have been fired long ago. She screams and doesn’t even know what she’s saying. https://t.co/zOcJ6uuGCq

However, as in everything, there is a division of opinion, and there are those who consider it ridiculous to see an apology for pedophilia in Montero’s words. Instead, they argue that what the minister is promoting is healthy sex education.
If you think that asking for sex education in schools is promoting pederasty, the sick person is you. Or maybe what happens is that you want to make a lot of noise to attack someone you don’t like and you don’t care why. Today it’s that, but the person attacked is the same as always.

To think that this speech by Irene Montero on sexual education from a young age and on educating in the importance of consent is an apology for pederasty is to be honestly: sick. https://t.co/jtznDyPZIi
