Now Magdalena is leaving the townhouse, which she bought in the fall of 2020, behind and taking the moving load to Djursholm.
On her blog, she proudly displays pictures of the new apartment, which is 72 square meters and has three rooms. She also reveals that she has big renovation plans for the project – something that is probably quite possible to implement as she made a real million dollar profit on the townhouse!
According to Hemnet, the final price for the sale of the home in Täby was a whopping SEK 7,800,000. This means that Magdalena has made a profit of one million kroner because the terraced house cost 6,800,000 kroner when she bought it.
