He - poem Nguyen Han Chung

He

he’s just a mortal / as I told her long ago. (Painting: Dinh Truong Chinh)

I know his wife and children take care of him
Why do you still want to be a lover?
from now and forever
Will you forgive him?
He’s just a mortal
He’s not a saint
He believes in fanatics
chanting divine love
The story of a married man
Want to find more lovers?
old story from time immemorial
It only ends when the sperm is dead
When He went with his wife
Whose heart dances the lion?
I can only stand far away and hold my breath
never dare to come near
Must have amazing love
just resigned to being a mistress
He loves her dearly
throw happiness to witches
He is respectful but does not walk quickly
Stepping is a soft silk thread
pull him to look at the young eyes
waiting for dad to buy cake
Thank you, He is also sorry
From each other His heart is very painful
he’s just a mortal
As I told her a long time ago.
