With the start of the Spring, the warm weather returns, the energies and the desire to train outdoors. SportClub, in tune with this, has a wide range of alternatives for you. And here is the list that describes everything you can do to free yourself.
-FootballFit, TennisFit and BasketballFit: They are functional training sessions adapted to football, tennis and basketball, with elements specific to each of these sports. It does not require previous knowledge or experience, and it is a mixed activity. You can practice Fútbol Fit at Club Comunicaciones and at SportClub La Esquina (Monday and Friday, at 7 pm), at SportClub Campo de Polo (Tuesday, at 8 pm), at Club Banco Nación (Monday and Wednesday, at 7 pm) and at Arena Pilar (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at 10). BásquetFit is dictated in Comu (Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 p.m.). And from TenisFit there are classes in Obras Alcorta (Mon, Wed and Fri, at 12 and 13).
-Women’s Soccer, Pink Soccer and Men’s Soccer: They are activities linked to football, both for women and men, propping up technical issues and tactical knowledge to apply on the field. A boom that made many members participate in amateur tournaments, applying what they learned at the venues. Where? Pink Soccer meets at Obras Libertador (Monday and Thursday, at 7 pm, and Saturday, at 10 and 11 am) and at Banco Nación (Tues and Thurs, at 7 pm). There is women’s football at Campo de Polo (Tue, at 7 pm), at La Esquina (Wed, at 7 pm) and at Arena Pilar (Tue and Thurs, at 7 pm). And the Masculine, in La Esquina (Monday and Wednesday, at 6 pm) and Arena Pilar (Mon and Wed, at 7 pm).
-FootGolf: It is a mixture of golf and soccer, which consists of kicking the ball as few times as possible on an 18-hole course. You dare? Visit Los Álamos Golf Club (Pilar), Smithfield Golf Club (Zárate) and La Serranita (Mar del Plata).
-Running: Training by levels, aimed at those who are immersing themselves in the world of running or for those who are preparing for high competition, prioritizing running technique and the possibility of performance. There are groups at La Esquina (Monday and Wednesday, at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, at 9:00 a.m.), in Comunicaciones (Tuesday and Thursday, at 7:00 p.m.) and at the outdoor points: Parque Centenario (Mon and Wed, 7:30 p.m.), Parque Chacabuco and Parque Saavedra (Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 p.m.) and in the Bosques de Palermo (Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9:30 a.m.).
-MamiHockey: Activity for women from 30 years. Physical and technical training, friendly matches. Requires experience in the sport. Where? In BN (Mon and Wed, 20 to 22).
-Aikido: It is a Japanese martial art that consists of unarmed combat to face one or more opponents who may be armed or unarmed. In B. Nación (Wed and Fri, 7 pm).
-Free pool: Exclusive lifts, also at Banco Nación (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.).
-Outdoor bodybuilding: Functional training and bodybuilding in the open air, in BN (Monday to Friday, from 6 to 9 pm) and in Arena Pilar (Monday to Friday, from 9 to 1 pm and from 6 to 9 pm).
