Delphine Wespiser’s stand for Marine Le Pen during the second round of the presidential elections caused a lot of ink to flow and the TPMP columnists did not really support her. She looks back on this period.
This Wednesday, September 21, 2022 marked the day of peace. For the occasion, Cyril Hanouna wanted to reconcile the chroniclers of TPMP on the set of 6 to 7 on C8. Gilles Verdez wanted to apologize to Delphine Wespiser.
A columnist left to her fate
We all remember that, during the debate between the two rounds, Delphine Wespiser did not hesitate to support Marine Le Pen of the National Rally. She then caused a lot of ink to flow and attracted the wrath of a large part of the French. The former Miss France also could not count on the support of the columnists of TPMP who all preferred not to intervene.
When you took very strong positions, we let you down; Cyril supported you, I tried to support you and you said to me one day ‘When you spoke, your body language betrayed you, you didn’t seem to believe what you were saying’.
Said Gilles Verdes before adding:
Well I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear enough, Delphine, you have the merit of taking clear, strong positions, I shouldn’t have been by your side anymore, now I’ll be with you.

She gives her answer
After a remark by Matthieu Delormeau, Gilles Verdes then swung the columnist:
Before you raise a flag, if I bring this up, I deserve to bring it up because others here, who I won’t name […] others keep making fun of you backstage or on set […] I said I wouldn’t name anyone […] but the worst of all is Matthieu Delormeau. So Delphine do you want to make peace with me, maybe with others?
Delphine Wespiser then answered :
It is true that this period, I tried to forget it, I more or less succeeded. Gilles, you raise and rekindle memories in me and it’s true that at that time when everyone had clearly let me down, I believe I gave an interview that said ‘When we have colleagues that way you don’t need enemies. So for this period and to all…
The pretty redhead then raised the black flag, signifying that she did not intend to forgive her comrades.
What do you think ?
