Scotland’s national team beat Ukraine 3-0 at home in the Nations League on Wednesday evening. The game was rescheduled due to the Ukraine conflict.
The Group 1 game in League B is one-sided from the start. The Scots dominate the encounter, but can only reward themselves late. John McGinn scores the long-awaited lead (70th).
The guests hardly showed any resistance, Lyndon Dykes provided the preliminary decision with a header (80th). Shortly before the end, Dykes hits his head again and puts together a brace (87th).
Scotland are in first place with nine points. They are followed by Ukraine (7), Ireland (4) and last place Armenia (3).
