Moustapha Ben Barka, vice-president of the West African Development Bank (BOAD), was arrested at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport while he was the subject of an international arrest warrant. issued by the Malian authorities, within the framework of the case of the acquisition of the presidential plane under the IBK regime, during which he notably exercised the functions of Minister of Industry and Secretary General of the Presidency.
