Vox wants to cash in on its patriotic festival: it will charge 2,000 euros to participating companies

Vox is immersed in the preparation of Viva 22, a “political, cultural and festive” event dedicated to the History of Spain to be held on October 8 and 9 in Madrid. The first edition became a stereotype fair of the different provinces and Spanish customs in which the party leaders were able to approach their voters (present and future) who came from different parts of the country.

In the same businesses will feature prominently, but it won’t be free. in an email addressed to members, consulted by EL ESPAÑOL, Vox has published the list of prices that those entrepreneurs, businessmen and freelancers who want to show their products during the 48 hours of the event must pay.

These range between the 200 euros for occupying a table in a popular market and the 2,000 euros for a premium space. The rate includes the stand in a special location in the company tents, advertisements in the program that will be distributed to attendees, advertising spots and a parking space.

The hook, in addition to collaborating with the party, is that through Viva 22 it is expected that more than 30,000 people in a venue of 62,000 square meters in the MadCool Space in Valdebebas, where they will be able to consume their products.

Provincial tents, the aforementioned stands, a children’s entertainment area and a wide range of gastronomy and restaurants will be installed in the space. Also, there will be shows, concerts and, of course, political speeches.

“At Vox we greatly value all those Spaniards who have the courage to undertake and open the shutters of their business every morning. Those who, with their good practices and ideas, make the Spain brand visible throughout the world. For this reason, we believe that Viva 22 it can be a unique showcase to display your products,” reads the circular sent to affiliates.

On Sunday, a great political act

As the formation of Santiago Abascal has made known, Viva 22 will have a similar organization to that of 2021. The two days of the event will have a differentiated approach: while Saturday will be dedicated to the cultureon Sunday there will be a “great political event“, in which party leaders will participate.

On October 8, the focus will be on “History we made together” (slogan of the event), and through shows a journey through different stages and characters that “forged Spain” will be made. On October 9, speeches will be made by the Vox leadersIn addition to the presentation of a new document“Spain decides”.

Viva thus blurs the lines between politics and entertainment, and turns the traditional political rally into a festival of two days with the aim of capturing new voters, especially the youngest.

As an anecdote, in the first edition one of the Vox figures that stood out the most was that of Macarena Olona. La ex-deputy and ex-candidate of training in Andalusiatoday out of the party, according to Abascal himself, and involved in some controversy, it started upon his arrival with the famous tune of Los del Río. after his resignation a few weeks agothe scene, which was highly applauded, cannot be repeated.

Sales merchandise

It is not the first time that the party tries to profit in different ways. A few months ago this newspaper was able to confirm that this formation uses the information tables that it installs on public roads in different parts of Spain to sell products of merchandise own, without requesting the relevant street vending license on public roads.

In addition, the money collected obviates, when making the bank transfer, the word ‘sale’, because the income is the result of an exchange that cannot appear as such, but with which Vox obtains benefits. Do you sell bracelets, key rings, badges, patches, balloons, cloth bags… at street level and without a single piece of paper other than the license to occupy public roads.
