More of 2,000 people will attend the Westminster Abbey in London to attend the state funeral for Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96 after more than seven decades as sovereign of the United Kingdom.

The funeral will be a historical event with millions of people following it live on television. In addition, an activated unprecedented security protocolwith more than 4,000 police officers and almost 2,000 soldiers.
Westminster Abbey will open its doors at 9:00 a.m. to receive the first guests, although it will not be until 12:00 p.m. when the state funeral begins.
The guest list is extensive, with representatives from all royal houses and countries. will be the Kings Felipe and Letizia, as well as all the European royal houses and leaders of the Commonwealth and other countries that feel especially close to the United Kingdom, for example the American Joe Biden or the French Emmanuel Macron. Representing the EU will be the President of the European Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen.
But not all countries are invited. Russia, Belarus, Burma, Afghanistan, Venezuela and Syria will not attend, while countries like Iran or North Korea will be able to send someone, but at the Embassy level.
