Funeral of Elizabeth II: a very special guest invites herself during the ceremony and monopolizes all the attention!

On September 8, Queen Elizabeth II passed away at the age of 92, after 70 years of reign. Since then, the whole world has paid tribute to him, and among our favorite stars, David Beckham has been the most devoted. The former football player had to endure a huge queue to pray in front of the Queen’s tomb on September 16. The Macron couple were also spotted at Westminster Hall and Brigitte wore a particularly unusual dress for the final tribute and farewell to the Queen.

This September 19 took place the funeral and the cameras of the whole world were riveted sometimes on the members of the royal family, sometimes on the coffin of the queen. As for the royal family, it was Meghan Markle who surprised more than one with her hair look and her overpriced dress. As for the queen’s tomb, a very special guest has many legswas encrusted on his grave and is now at the center of attention. This is’a spiderspotted by Internet users, frolicking on the tomb of Queen Elizabeth II. “The most famous spider in the world right now”commented a tweet. “A spider hitched a ride on the coffin of Queen Elizabeth II. I think it hid behind the flowers”, wrote another netizen. While others went looking for meanings behind this appearance. “Spider meaning and symbolism includes artistry, manifestation, patience, feminine power, ancient wisdom, illusion, balance and interconnectedness”can we read on Twitter.

If Internet users have fun, they do so respectfully. Contrary to some people’s very bad taste jokes about the RATP’s tribute to Queen Elizabeth II today, by changing the name of the Paris metro station “Charles V” to “Elizabeth II”. “Not the first time a member of the royal family has ended up on the wall…”had commented on a surfer, before blowing up Twitter.
