What about the coolant? It continues on its way to the cooler tubes, turning into gas, and what it does is continue to collect the heat that is still inside the circuit and whose destination is to go to the outdoor unit where this heat will be expelled to the outside thanks to the fact that the liquid changes from its gaseous to liquid state.

The cycle constantly reproduces what makes an air conditioner work and cool the different rooms, expelling the heat to the outside through the external unit. In short, the exchange of heat between the hot air and the coolant is responsible for everything, in addition, the change of state of this liquid helps to extract heat from the air.
