United States.- Anne Heche could be charged with crime minor if your blood results show that you were intoxicated following an investigation into the horrific car accident on Friday, August 5. An LAPD officer told HL that they were still investigating the driver and the accident.
We received an update today that there is an ongoing investigation pending a blood result. If it shows that the driver was intoxicated, he will be charged with misdemeanor hit and run. The case will be presented to the city district attorney’s office,” the officer said.
