The temperature generated by the capsule is high enough to ignite a combustible material of the <> type, such as that possibly lodged in the rainwater gutter on the day of the incident, in the location identified as the area of ​​origin”.

Regarding the closure of the investigation, the director of the Alameda Art Center, Roser Fort, states that as an organization “we were very surprised because it seemed to us that the amount of evidence that we had delivered with the law office of Juan Pablo Hermosilla was overwhelming.”
