Los Mochis, Sinaloa. Two older adults were injured after being attacked by bees this Saturday morning.
The mishap occurred in the vicinity of the Los Suárez ejido, belonging to the El Guayabo union in the municipality of Ahome.
It transpired that when they were in a farm, the adults began to be stung by bees, so they ran and threw themselves into a canal to try to protect themselves.
Subsequently, the notification was given to the emergency number 911.
Elements of Firefighters and Civil Protection mobilized to the place, where the bees continued their attack on the adults.
Once there, they were quickly put to safety and treated by paramedics from Summa; one of them had around 200 stingers removed.
