RIA News notesthat this is the first known case when sticker packs were classified as “extremist” materials in Belarus.

In 2020, before the presidential elections in Belarus, the meme “Sasha 3%” appeared on the network, which became popular after online polls in which only 3% were ready to vote for Alexander Lukashenko. Following the election results, the CEC of Belarus declared Lukashenka the winner, after which mass protests began in the country.
