Through his Twitter account, Klein “incited caution” with this photographsince he considered that the dissemination of science on social networks is not always reliable or correctly informs people.

In the photograph, the slice of chorizo ​​appears on a black background; and in the description of it, Klein stated that it was the closest star to the Sun, Proxima Centauri, captured by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST).

“Picture of Proxima Centauri, the closest star to the Sun, located 4.2 light years from us. It was taken over by the JWST. What a level of detail… A new world unfolds day after day,” Klein wrote on Twitter.

Days after the joke, this Physicist commented to the AFP agency that he was surprised by the scope of his publication.
