Carlos Herrera has passed, on the Camino de Santiago. One of the first places where the journalist wanted to highlight his satisfaction was the restaurant Star of the lower Carrión. This restaurant, which is also a hotel, is located in the Palencia town of Villoldo.

From Castilla y León, entering through Lugo, Herrera went to the restaurant fields, before going to Rías Baixas. “Sitting here is for me non-negotiable“, writes the journalist on his Instagram. And it is not for less. Being a gastronomic emblem of haute cuisine that is located in the center of Lugo, it becomes a great option for most demanding palates to visit the walled city.

On his way through Galicia, Herrera took the opportunity to make the route of the Father Sarmientoa 190-kilometre route that runs through the municipalities of Pontecesures, Valga, Catoira, Vilagarcía, Vilanova, A Illa, CambadosSanxenxo, Meaño, Or Grove and Poio bordering the coast.
