The Ministry of Labor confirmed this Thursday the call to the National Council for Employment, Productivity and the Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wage for a new plenary and virtual session to be held next Thursday, August 18.
The call that determines the minimum, vital and mobile income was made official through Resolution 7/2022, published in the Official bulletinand will meet from 12 noon on August 18 through a virtual platform.
The Labor Minister, Claudius Moroniin turn called a second session for 1:30 p.m. that same day, also via videoconference.
The Minimum, Vital and Mobile Salary and Unemployment Benefits Commission will deliberate that day in advance, starting at 10, to analyze and determine the new value of that income and the minimum and maximum amounts of the benefit for the unemployed.
The last update of the minimum wage was made in May, when a salary of $45,540 as of June 1 and of $47,850 as of August 1with review in september.
For its part, the minimum and maximum amounts of the unemployment benefit were $12,650 and $21,083, respectively, as of June 1; and $13,292 and 22,153 as of August 1.
