The convict acknowledged the facts and agreed to the two years requested for a crime of sexual assault, so he will not go to prison in exchange for taking a sex education course and will not commit a crime for five years.

The events occurred in May 2019, when the now condemned man was in charge of a farm where the victim worked. After the working day, he picked up the victim in a van and drove her to a farm in Ychar, in Mula, despite the fact that the woman reiterated her wish to leave the place.

The now condemned man threatened her, telling her that if she didn’t want any trouble, she would do what he asked her to do, at the same time that he pushed her into the back of the van where he consumed the sexual and physical aggression.

When he finished, he threatened the woman that if she told what had happened “no one would believe her” and she and her “countrymen” would lose their jobs.

As a result of the attacks, the victim suffered numerous minor injuries to various parts of the body.
