Ebrard talks with Arce about food and energy self-sufficiency

Mexico is forming a state company responsible for lithium: Ebrard

“On the issue of lithium, Mexico is already forming what is going to be the responsible state company, it will depend on the Secretary of Energy and the first objective is to share the experience that Bolivia already has… We have exchanged information so that the state lithium companies can work together”, explained Marcelo Ebrard, Secretary of Foreign Affairs.

He also announced that next year, an electric vehicle designed in Bolivia will be produced in Mexico.

Before, Marcelo Ebrard he was in Lima, Peru, where he met privately with President Pedro Castillo. Later both met with businessmen from both countries.

Marcelo Ebrard also invited the Peruvian president to the Summit of the Pacific Alliance, an economic integration mechanism made up of Mexico, Peru, Chile and Colombia, which will be held in November in our country.
